Default FS(Feeler): 2006 Carrera S (Aero, X51 Power Kit, PCCB, Original MSRP $125K)

FS: RARE Highly Optioned 2006 C2S X51 Power Kit, PCCB, Aero (orig MSRP$125K)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Year: 2006
Make: Porsche
Model: 911
Price: $62500
Mileage: 30500
Color: Guards Red
Location (State): CA
Transmission: Manual

As some of you may know I did picked up this crazy option 2006 C2S last month and planned to ship it to Taiwan.

Original plan is drive this car for 2 years in Taiwan and then get a 997TT later but I have now decided to go to straight to a 997TT and would like put this car up for sell. Will only make the move to the TT if I do sell this car at no lost
If someone buys this rare beauty great, if not I am sure I will be really happy with this car when it arrives in Taiwan.

The car is ultra rare with X51 Power Kit, PCCB and Aero kit, a 997S with 1 of the 3options is already hard to find not to mention this car has all 3 big bucks enthusiast options and is a rare 1 owner clean car. Hard decision for me to sell this car as I would probably never find another Carrera as well option as this one.
Selling Price: $62,500(FIRM)
Original MSRP: 125K
Current Mile: around 30,500
I purchased from a Porsche dealer on East Coast with one 1 Previous Owner in the history (I have not title the car thus the car is still officially an 1-owner viehicle)
02/06 Production

Please PM me for more information if needed.

X51 is a great find, but I'm not big on the interior or sports chrono (just my opinion)

seems that $58K would be a good deal - mine was $67.5 including delivery cross country (2008 w/3K miles)

I love your Mexico Blue, was aware of your car car from a Chicago area dealer before I bought mine. They ultimately put CPO on the car shortly before you bought it. I would love to have black alcantara similar to what you have.

If I ever find a Mexico Blue 997tt, I will buy it in a heart beat. Pretty much everything else is easily replaceable if one is willing to spend $ afterwards (including X51, PCCB) other than the color.

Congrats on your ride!

I say, import it to Taiwan, drive it for a couple months (without getting dinged by a scooter) and then sell it for a cool US$150K. This car should easily fetch that in Taiwan and net you about $50K after all expenses.

I really don't want to face the headache of selling cars here in Taiwan, most buys Tiptronic anyways here in Taiwan.

I would rather sell it now at break even than in Taiwan (after spending another USD$40K on import tax/certification).

Like I said earlier, I like this car a lot due to the rarity of the options and if I sell it at no lost I will go to a TT. Compare to having a hard time selling a manual Porsche in Taiwan and get hit with depreciation in 2 years when I am fully ready for a Turbo.

thanks! I hear ya, Mexico Blue TT would be sweet (never seen one), or Riviera Blue which is another unique shade. Are you in Taipei? I get over there several times per year.

Yes, I am in Taipei. What brings you to Taipei a few times a year?

I think $62K is a fair price for your car. Of course you need to find the right person that appreciates all of the options. Virtually everybody would love the X51 but many are opposed to PCCB's. Finding the person who can appreciate spending a little for those 3 rare options is key.

bump, for a hard to find option 1 owner C2S

PCCB can be taken care of with the Suncoast PCCB ceramic removal kit which I am thinking of doing if the car is not sold.

The car is still at LA awaiting to be shipped out to Taiwan if its not sold.

New Price: I do have a little room for price negotiation at a slight lost, PM me for details.

Beautiful, well optioned car at a very fair price. Even the front lip is unmolested.

Thanks for your positive comments.

I guess things are slow this time of the year especially due to the harsh weather this year.

Gentlemans, this May be the only chance to own 1 of the nicest 1 owner C2S with X51/Aero/PCCB straight from the factory

Last Call on the Price before car gets shipped out end of Jan:
$60,000
