New 2010 997s from Hennessey Porsche
Just did a drive and drive (rather than fly and drive) to Atlanta to pick up my new 2010s from Hennessey Porsche. Having owned 8 porsches (3 from dealerships) and multiple other cars, I can say t was the smoothest car buying experience EVER! I called on the car wednesday and agreed to terms by the end of the day. Then I showed up saturday morning to drive her home to Sarasota!
No affiliation at all with Hennessey, but wanted to give kudos to them for their truly hassle free buying experience!
Now to the car, she is a leftover 2010 black/black c2s. I would have preferred a car with only sports chrono, lsd, and sports seats but the deal was so great I sacrificed all of the above. It has:
-bt
-ventilated/heated seats (would have never ordered but pretty cool - literally)
-navi
-bose
-universal audio
-dynamic lights
-power seats
-xm
Did I mention I got a smokin deal?
I just read the thread on someone having an issue with a remote car buying experience, I had the opposite experience with the guys at Hennessey.
Haven't driven her much yet (besides highway) but she feels like a proper 911, just a bit more civil than her ancestral brethren. More on the driving comparison later.
Looking forward to hangin out over in the 997 forum.

Beauty. Enjoy safely for years to come in safe health. How about some clear side markers and a clear-bra to front of the car to protect against rock chips and road rash.
