New garage flooring.......Any Advice???

Anything that you "paint" onto the floor will eventually lift, I don't care what people may tell you. I have been happy with my Race Deck. There are several companies that make products like Race Deck.

Does it matter if you are attached or detached garage? I think I am going to just use the the race deck simply because it doesnt appear to be worth the hassle whe you have detached. In my previous home I had an attached garage and it remianed much cooler and the flooring remained on it completely. However, all the detached garages I have seen appear to lift.
My neighbor purchased some tiles and the only problem I see with the tiles are when you spill something. It looks like you can get oil and water between the cracks if it isnt put toegther well.

I just installed racedeck - the revolution tile, which is stronger then their "standard" tile. I was very happy with it. I installed it over a landscaping paper underlayment, removes some of the "clicking" sound it can make while walking on it.

I applied epoxy in 2003 and it still looks like new. I chose the salt-n-pepper look with black, white and tan chips. I'm a huge fan of epoxy at it cleans well and doesn't show the dirt.
Good luck.

What many of these floor coating guys will not tell you is that they need periodic recoating to maintain their 'no lift' warranty. Everything lifts over time.
I have the Griott Garage stuff and it works fairly well but still lifted no matter how well you prepare the surface and paint it. I do, however, recommend a lighter color because if you do your own auto maintenance in there you want to be able to see what you're doing, and to be able to find a missing circlip!

I put in Motofloor from Costco not too long ago. It's relatively inexpensive and very easy to install. It is not attached to the floor, It just sits on top the floor, so no issues with lifting. My only real gripe is the white squares do get dirty and require regular cleaning.

I have the Premier Garage flooring (http://www.premiergarage.com/flooring.html) and I love it. I would never have anything else. Hardwearing and easy to keep clean. (I have no affiliation to Premier.)
