Carefully check the amount of prep work you might have to do on your particular floor! Concrete contractors have been known to spray their work with some weird sealant so the floor won't crack after curing and the owners won't complain. If you have it, that stuff must be stripped before your coating can be applied. Otherwise it will eventually peel off. Hopefully you don't have it. BTW: the acid wash/etching prep work is essential.
