Every now and then, I make a point of having a "chase" session with my buddy and his 996. I think you just have to see the bum flap go up at speed to remember that you have a damn cool looking car when it's travelling.

Hey, Kuhan -- Equiraptor and I will be out at Harris Hill Road in Austin both days this weekend. If you're in the mood for a road trip you should head out and join us. It's a bit of a trek, but totally realistic to drive out and back in a day. Spectate, catch rides, or take your car out on an empty track for some laps at whatever pace you're comfortable with. Just drop me a PM if you want.

Aaaahh to wing or not to wing....
Here are two looks I really like. One without the wing but looks business only, and winged. (Other pix compliments of fellow rennlisters)
Mine came from the factory with the Aerokit Option installed.

of your after market brands you listed above though, I have ordered and received good products from MAShaw. The others' needed lots of trimming.

I think this debate will always boil down to personal preference. At first, I was cautious about aero kits, but having seen how they look on the car, I'm a huge fan and bought one. I think both the wing and front spoiler add lot of design balance to the car.
