I'm ordering an S for my daily car... anyone care to share their experiences?
I was going to do a Cayman S, but I think I'll spring for the 911.

Fantastic choice. As you have probably seen on previous posts, I drive mine alot. 34K+ mile in a year and will exceed the factory warranty mileage limit in a couple months. Daily driving plus many extensive road trips. A perfect car!

in 1982 when I had my 911 SC, I think Porsche had a blue color very similiar to Ice Blue. I think it was light blue metallic or something like that. It looked really good and I think the Ice Blue will be even better in person.
Good luck with the new purchase!

I would kill for one in ice blue. I'm sure you'll love it.

My first Porsche was an '87 in Diamond Blue. I go to the garage now and look at the Guards Red Carrera S and Macadamia Brown C4S and wonder...... what will I do if they come out with THAT color again.
I love my 6 speed S and my wife's Tip 4S. They're different enough to appreciate the subtleties. We drive 'em every chance we get except in the winter. I can't imagine more involving and sophisticated, yet reliable DD's.

The 991 will be orderable in 12 months from now. I "think" I've decided to wait but I love the Ice blue color with metro blue interior.
