Did you order one, or are you just waiting to take delivery, or what?

And congratulations!

Simply gorgeous!

P.S. I think you have the Carrera Classic wheels.

Wonder why the rear windows aren't all the way down in the pic though.

Good going! You are going to love the PSE with a cab! Also, the short shifter is nice! Good luck through the delivery!

You're probably losing sleep thinking about taking delivery of the new wheels. Congratulations. We'll need to plan an outing to Santana Row for the local SF Bay area 997 owners and anyone else who wants to hang out and talk about Porsches. Let me know when it arrives!

Best,

Looks good. Aristocrat is where I bought my 02 Boxster.

Had my car serviced/repaired there several times over the years when I lived near the dealer or when I was passing through the area.

Too late now but I would have urged you to fly to KC Mo and have the dealer pick you up at airport and you pick up the car and drive it back to SF. About 1980 miles, if you go south to I-40 and west. Over across KS on I-70 then up to I-80 and over a bit longer, IIRC. Either route though would have been a nice way to bond with your "new" car.

Sincerely,

Macster.

Sincerely,

I agree with this 100%.

Aristocrat in Kansas City is an absolutely outstanding dealership.

I bought my Range Rover Sport from them and I cannot say enough
good about them.

I was down there this weekend and stopped by to see their inventory.
They have a lot of Panameras in stock right now and a decent selection
of new and pre-owned 997's.

You will be very happy with your 997 from Aristocrat.
