Just bought the same car
closed the deal this evening. Paid just a few dollars more than you though it has roughly the same miles. Mine is a CPO 2006 C2 Coupe as well. It's got Nav, the 19" Carrera Classic Wheels, Bi-Xenons, CD Changer, Bose, Sport Steering wheel, heated seats and a few other things.

Posted in another thread, but bought my CPO '07 C2 in March. Had 31k miles on it, tip, chrono, heated seats, bose, bi-xenon, changer. Paid $53-ish for it. Were asking $58-ish.
Looked for about 2 months. Anytime a sweatheart deal came along, it was either snatched up too quickly and/or the car had a "story". No thanks on "story" cars.
I'd say you got a decent deal.

Good price for what appears to be a very nice car. Enjoy it.

This Thursday, I'll be picking up a new car. Atlas Gy on Gy 2006 C2S. No CPO, but 1 month warranty left to take care of any loose ends (or nuts and bolts). 29K miles w/ Nav, Bose, SC and PSE. Paying $48,750 from pvt party. I'd say its a comparable deal since you got a CPO which includes spec'n the car up as needed... for example, my car will probably new tires soon...

i was thinking about that. speaking with some local pcar people, they tell me not to worry about it... plus my friend is a pcar mechanic at local dealership, so while he's still employed im going to use him as my back up plan... thanks
