Yeah, have to agree with jes999 that your asking price is a bit aggressive if you really want to sell it. Good that at least you put a "OBO" on the listing.
FWIW, I bought my car in the Bay Area and had the PPI done by Stevens Creek Porsche down in San Jose. My car is a 2008 C4S Cab that had just over 6,000 miles on it and was fairly loaded with a window sticker of mid $120k's. I paid just a bit over $70k for it.

All - thanks for the feedback on pricing... real world examples via PM have been very useful... as opposed to asking prices that you find elsewhere on the various sites, Autotraders, etc.

You are on target 996Pilot - I 'm also in the market for a similar unit. Located a comparably equipped C4S with less than 10K miles listed at $59k but it was sold by the time the dealer returned my call. With some patience I’m certain you will find the right car at the right price.
