We think alike! Best set of summer/winter wheels!

Default Absolutely agree with you

and that is why I ordered them. Plus, they look the best with Seal Gray! The winters have their purpose, but just don't do it!!!

I've never found them difficult to clean at all.

I am also partial to the Sport Design wheels.
They feel the most "classic" to me, even though they look nothing like the iconic Fuchs wheels.

Here, here! Best looking Porsche wheel IMHO. I had them on my 08 B/Black C2S and loved the look. Wider tires are a plus as well. I really like the 10-GT3 wheel too.

Yep, I love the 'lobster' as well so bought a set from a second hand sale.

I actually found them not TOO HARD to clean. Not the easiest wheels, but as long as they're waxed, can be washed with relative ease. Sports design... another story

They are by far the nicest, I agree. Their look and the extra tire width is what made me order them.
But... anyone else here noticed how heavy they are?

Yes. Changing between my 18" Carrera II track wheels and the Carrera Sports there is a big difference. Some of it is the Michelin Sport Cups being lighter than the Pirellis, but those big rear wheels and 305 tires especially, are heavy; 60 lbs! Still, I love the Carrera Sports for the street.

Default stock

For a stock wheel I agree the best OEM wheel on a 997 (s) etc... (not including the gt cars etc)

if I had to stay stock these would be my wheel of choice.....nice pics. Sorry but the 18's are flat out wrong on a near 80-90K new tag car. (thats what mine came with and swapped them out quickly)
