First Service @ Napleton

"Mark" and Kerry are certainly the best. Can't say the same for the others. One service adviser called a friend of mine a "pain" when she complained that the service that was just done, in fact wasn't done...... And the problem persisted. For $160.00 an hour labor who is the "pain".....

I will certainly pass along your comments to Kerry and Russ without hesitation. Russ is fairly new with our company and we are very fortunate to have him aboard. I know your experience with him will go a long way in his future with our company.

As a pcar noob I take much more from this forum than I contribute. I'm pleased to learn that those familiar with your operation had positive experiences since you're the closest. I'll be back for service but only infrequently I hope.

Often the guys washing cars are washing dozens a day so they might be more interested in speed than care. OTOH, some dealers have professional detail facilities, so it probably depends. Personally, I just figure no one will be as careful with my car as I am, so I prefer to do it myself. But certainly understand why having it washed works out great for others.

Right. Neither had I. It's the term corresponding to the open recall # W913 given by the computer. This description is lacking and I now see it listed on my invoice as "Clamp kit. Muffler."

I would kill for service like that. Could you have them call Rockville Porsche Audi in Maryland?
