Welcome Mac109

Enjoy your search. But just a note from my past search. Don't Settle if its not the car you want pass. I did not do that and a year later I will be building a Turbo S my deprecation on the Targa will be 35 K ouch!!! They are great cars fun to drive and yes every Mustang will want to race you but be careful Sometimes they lose control due to light rear end. You will feel guilty if the smash their car into a pole or tree. Just not a good feeling

Enjoy is good health and post Pics once you buy the car.

HAHA! That's what I do on the road everyday to other cars. Sometimes, if I'm lucky I find myself following a CGT!

I dunno. I think Mac109 was going to buy a Cayenne and wanted us to talk him out of it. No...., I think Mac109 wanted some idea of the relative emotional maturity of 997 owners compared to other brands. Geez....., I don't know! How DO I find out what the original post was?!

I don't know how to find out what the original post was. Why don't you
post a question inquiring on how to do this.

I believe his initial posts included questions about:

* Is this a good deal for a P-car I'm looking at?
* Is Sport-Chrono a necessary option?
* Is PDK really faster, and will I miss the clutch?
* Should I go with Silver or Black for resale?
* What are the recommended tire pressures?
* What watches do you guys own?
* And, is the Valentine really the best radar option?

Did I miss any?

Mac109--just sharing some fun with fellow RennListers...welcome aboard, and here are 2 pieces of advice that may be helpful during your tenure here:

1) Always search FIRST (even if you say you did when you didn't, it will save flames) before asking a question

2) Post pics to document whatever you are inquiring/sharing

Peace!

LvnTheDrm- That's some classic funny, thank's.

Perhaps i'll start a post, "what are the worst posts?" or "who has the most time to waste?"

No, don't do it! It'll be an unstoppable chain reaction. Like matter and anti-matter: people will eventually waste ALL their time threatening to kill each other debating which are the worst posts.
