they only add performance as part of complete system. thats why they call it the x51 pkg:-)

I wonder about the scavenging with such short runs the whole pipe to the mufflers would need to be done. I imagine the heat will be pretty constant. I'd like to see anti reverberation chambers installed to null the wave. Humm maybe a welding job on a pair of throw aways I'll call hytech header to see what they think.

on my 2005 997 s i added evo intake, suncoast headers, pse, and giac flash.

i did before and after dynos. I also waited a couple hundred miles and dynoed again

Zero hp gain!

i will not be doing this again on my 2010

Thanks for the info. I was going to purchase a X51 header for my 2008 C4S. It will probably make the exhaust sound just a tad louder.

The X51 headers are easy to put on yourself see my primer via a search) and do add some lower tone noise to the car!

I am still waiting to see if the OP can post new HP numbers. I suspect at least the torque curve should be a bit different!

Not sure where did he go?
