Are you sure he didn't just change his user name? If you bookmarked a post though, the HTML should just have a number, not his user name.

The bookmarks were direct links, not under his nick. I just did an Advanced Search for OCBen and no posts were found.

I did a search for ocben. The search results listed a thread where ocben was the last person to post, but his post was gone.
His home page https://rennlist.com/forums/members/30408-ocben.html lists him as banned.
Winston really should do a better job, but I guess you can't erase people in a day, it takes time.
