Well...I have been offered as low as 38K (I won't mention the dealer) as a trade for a new 09. A couple other dealers have offered me low 40's, also as a trade. This means than less than 45k private party and I am better off just trading in the car. It also means that it may be a good idea to keep it, since it's so cheap!
Bingo! Unless money is no object or money is the problem, now is not the time to sell your toys. Is your car going to be worth more in few years, no. But if you buy a new 09 now, I am sure it will depreciate a whole lot more than what you have now in the next few years.
Yep, the idea that a dealer would add a few points onto that rate is ridiculous. Couldn't ever imagine such a thing happening........
That 1.9 number is out there on every single Porsche website and in print/radio and tv adds you'd have to be pretty out of touch with the world not to know about it.
You mean to tell me that there are no qualifiers for that rate?
Level 1 through 3 credit to qualify so unless you're below a 650 you get the 1.9 and if you're below 650 you're probably not going to be in the market or get qualified anywhere
Why is it folks with 3-4 year old, beautiful, contemporary, fast, luxurious cars always feel the need to get something just a little newer? Keep the 997 you have and continue to enjoy it since its practically free!
