Default WTB: Carrera S Exhaust Tips for Standard Porsche Mufflers

Just converted from my PSE exhaust to the Darin Fister specials!

I installed them last night and everything is great except the "PSE Tips" do not work.

Thus I am looking to buy of get suggestions on the purchase of standard dual oval tips.

Thanks.

PSE is going in a box in the garage for resale purposes.

I have already had to replace the entire exhaust due to "unplugging" the magic vacuum hose on the track and street. As it is no longer covered under warranty (now on my CPO) I think the Fister option at $475 shipped to my door is much better than $2500 for a new PSE.

Some people claim the new replacement PSE is better but I am no mood to find out.

Fister system sounds great, fits perfect and is better quality than PSE as it has less moving parts for a fraction of the cost. Win - Win in my book.

Question. Why did unplugging the magic vacuum link cause damage to the PSE?

Not sure. But it has happened to a lot of us, particularly the older cars.

You need to read some of the posts on the GT3 board concerning Porsche denying warranty claims on those engines because of non-factory exhaust systems.
