I don't think so. Closer to 87K

I figured this number based on 20% off MSRP and the 10K incentive.

If I can find a deal and a triple black 6 speed manual with a few needed option such as Navigation, Bluetooth Phone Interface, Bose High End Sound Package, Floor Mats In Interior Color, Front Seats Multi Stage Heating System, Power Comfort Seats W/Driver Memory, Dynamic cornering lights, Seat Ventilation, Sport Chrono Package Plus, Universal Audio Interface, Wheel Caps W/Full-Color Porsche Crest, Wheels: 19' Carrera S II.

I would appreciate some feesback if I am close or not.
You will not get 20% off and 10k on top of that, especially the way you want to configure your car. It's a mainstream color combination and has desirable options. Dealers will have no issues selling such a car. Also, 20% off already factors in that 10k incentive you are hoping for.

The bottom line is... 911 is an expensive car and there is a certain threshold that you will need to hit to be "in the game". Unless you are willing to buy slightly used and compromise on colors and options, you will not see 30% off.

I think the best you can do on the car you described is 10-15% IF you can find it sitting on the lot.

Default I guess I am confused as I have seen multiple post...

indicating that the margin is 15% -20% without the cash back included.

That is fine for me as I think 20K -25K off the car would be an excellent deal. I will see what happens this week when I contact some dealers about purchasing some of the existing inventory.

I had ordered 2010 coupe in july, dealer offered me 3% over Invoice; but would not work with any grassroot incentives that were in place,, started looking out of state with dealers that were using the 10k program in their figures,, after 4 days of neg. wtth with 5 dealers ,,finally closed on a 2009 997.2 cs loaded 19,500 off mspr.

ITs not that they would not work with you on a 10 its that there are NO incentives in place on the 10's.

19.5k off is not bad.

I think the trick is finding a car that you want and negotiating a deal from there. 10%-15% off MSRP seems to be the norm, on top of the incentives that are in place.....

Default New C2 purchase

Got 18k off 09C2. Granted about 5k in options seem useless to me (heated seats in california?). In the end the deal was too good to pass up. That being said I can't wait to order a perfectly optioned Racing Green 911 in about 10 years and pick it up in Germany.

15% off plus the trunk money? I dont think thats really around unless its a launch car with some miles or something not very desirable. You should be able to get 10to12% off plus the trunk money.

The issue I am running into is not all dealers are willing to trade away their cars to other dealers and give them all the cash that goes with the car from Porsche.

Default i have been looking into this and find that...

15% plus the money seems to be close to the majic number. The hard part is trying to get a delaer that want to work with the incentive. However, with 2010's coming in soon they mat not want to deal on 2009's if they dont have them in stock already.
Well see what happpens.

At 15% off plus all the trunk money the dealer would lose a good chunk of change on every sale, I dont see 15% off deals around. Its not a big mystery that the 2010's will be out soon, and wel all know production numbers on the 2010's will be a fraction of the 2009 numbers and they wont have the mega discounts there are on 09's. Porsche is already picking up the tab for inventory carry which is not all tha much since interest rates are tiny, look at LIBOR these days its fractional. I dont believe dealers are going 15% plus all the trunk money. I have not seen it and we're not doing it and we've sold a **** load of cars in the last 6 weeks

Agree with Trader here, the 15% and incentives range would be on launch cars or cars with options that are deemed to be "less desirable", etc.. Also, when I am noting "incentives" that would include the 1.9% current financing offer. I do think deals in the 10% - 15% range are out there, but again will depend on finding the car that you want.
