Leather Master products - the best I've ever used (not affiliated) and I've spent more $$$ trying stuff out! Google / Bing it....

Mr. Bumperplugs is right! I had assumed it was vinyl but after close inspection it is definitely leather, although without any stitching. Here are a couple of big close up pics. The picture showing the underside of the bin cover where the material is stretched clearly shows that it is leather.
