Got mine for $316 including shipping. My local shop ordered the set for me, so I think if you could find them on the internet close to that price would be a good place

Both sides are an exact match.
For comparison purposes, a Stock RS is as follows:-
Front 26"
Rear 26.25"
Again, both sides are exact
Thanks PMH! interesting. Whats P17 option? So that shows a stock 997 compared to the track honed GT3RS with only that small of difference in height makes a big difference.!

Thx,

Darryl, do you happen to have a video/audio clip in youtube of that new HP exhaust you have??

The P17 is the Sports suspension option (with LS) on the 997.2.

Think of it as the old 030 option.

Of course on the 997.2 you can also get the LS (220 option?), but it doesn't include the "lowered" springs.

I see.. like the old M030..? I had that on my 993, but as you know I had to install it myself. So now starting on the 997.2s, you could get it installed from Porsche? awesome!

Oh its a Cup! Sorry I missed the telltales. Ive always heard that its the way to go to save $$$, go straight to a fully built race/track car or better yet a cup.

Happy motoring

Mike she looks great. My only fear is the clearance to avoid any scraping. Do you notice any problems with going into and out of any drive ways?

Based upon a comparison of my measurements and yours it seem cars with the P17 option will settle a bit (1/8" at the front and 1/4" at the rear) after a few miles.

My car with the P17 option (off the lot) measures:-

Front 26.25"

Rear 27"

But they are pretty close.

Most likely so...I have 7000 miles and 5 track days at Sebring. Sebring is a bumpy track too. Although I have not noticed any difference from new to now in ride height.

Jay, I was actually nervous that ramps/curbs I take sideways will be now impossible to drive over with this lowering. BUT to my relief, Im able to take the same angle of approach/exit over them and still not scrape!!

How difficult would this be for a DIY?

How many hours to have the springs installed?

The car looks really great!

Thanks

Matt
