On the bottom of the wiper stalk. I found it by accident the other day, as I had assumed they worked with the wiper squirter as well. I believe it also squirts the headlights every 10th time you squirt the windshield. Not sure if that number resets every time you turn off the car or not.

I think the lights also have to be on for the washer to work on them....I have tested it once and it took some doing for me to figure it out on the road without the manual handy....

I believe that if the lights are on and you squirt the windshield that the headlights also get squirted.

I could have sworn you were saying that "if the lights are on and you squirt the windshield that the headlights" will squirt you back.....provided you were standing in front when you squirted the windshield, that is.

Did you do that while the car was stationary? Remember, this thing is designed to operate while the car is traveling down the autobahn at 100mph in a snowstorm.
For the fuel flap - yes it locks with the car. There is a manual release pull near the door hinge inside the door (passengers in the US) on the fuel filler side. Its got a ring on it.. for use in opening the tank manually if the lock release fails for some reason.

I use the headlight washers either moving or standing still. It sure surprised my sister the first time I used them! I had to get her to push the button for ME so that I could see it first hand!
