Front License Plate...again

Still looking for different solutions to mounting the front plate that does not require drilling holes in the bumper. ( I know the tow hook option is one solution)
However, I have seen in other posts where the plate has been mounted in the blocked off "rad" opening in the lower centre of a C2S bumper. In order to do that I would want to add some sort of reinforcement backing behind this piece.
So my question: Is there any way to access the back of this centre piece without removing the front bumper?

The cleverest solution I've seen was from a 996 GT3 driver who had a laminated color copy of his license plate velcroed on the front bumper...told me that it stayed attached at track speeds of up to 140mph! Not an entirely legal solution but elegant nonetheless.

I have the tow bracket holder many people have. I also stumbled on a bracket made for 'vettes but also used successfully by Cayman owners at :

I have corresponded with the topflight guys and they SAY it would work for a 911 but I can't vouch for that. It puts the plate in the center instead of at the side.

There's been a whole discussion on this in the Canada forum:

I mounted mine in the opening for the third radiator. I used 4 SS bolts and significant fender washers to reinforce it. The best to do this is by removing the front bumper, pulling that center filler panel, and working on it away from the car. You can then pop it in later.

Dan, good place for the plate! Though your front lip spoiler got more of my attention. I looked through PET and found nothing. Could you please let me know if it's a factory option or where you got it from?
Thanks

The skid plate is from Performance Products. You will need to supplement the hardware they provide to get a better installation. (And drill a few more holes).

I'd move from any state requiring that crap. Just get out.
