Default New ride in the stable. 997.2 C2S Cab.

Oh is this a nice car. I love it. As has been said many times, the PDK is an incredible improvement over the Tip. What a great car, We are fortunate to have two 911's now, and the spectrum of differences between this new Cab and my 07 GT3 is remarkable. Thankfully we do not need a four seater, because this is heavenly!
Spec's: Carrara White. Black/Sand leather.PDK with Sport Chrono +.
Pwr comfort seats, heated ventilated.
Self dimming mirrors, colored wheel caps, floor mats!
Dynamic cornering lights, Bluetooth, Universal audio, 6 dixc CD/DVD.
Nav, Bose, and Porsche Crest in Head rest.
I must be nuts, but damn I love these cars.
The wife and I take both of them to Barber this weekend for DE's.
If I have to give her a point by, I may be getting my own track day PDK car, (not really).

Okay, I'll ask. What's the deal with the interior shot?

I thought you said you got PDK...

I borrowed an interior pic, to illustrate the black/sand. Too busy to get my own. But it is very sweet.
The steering wheel feels fantastic. I'll work on an authentic shot...w/ PDK

Beautiful car. Love that black/sand interior - that's what I have in my C2S. I just can't imagine why it is not everyone's first choice :^)

Great looking car, how are you liking the PDK transmission?

The PDK is extremely impressive. Our Boxster had a Tip which was certainly handy, but you could always feel the engine drag it created. The PDK feels an "automatic manual". Gears are selected and maintained as though a manual, you just don't do the work and it is instantaneous. The paddle movement seems quite familiar, having owned a couple of Tips. I'm not sure how often I would use them, the sport chrono set up, with 3 levels and PASM is hard to beat. We almost bought a heavily discounted '08 with Tip. The PDK is worth a lot!

If I were you I would put some Black floor mats in to finnish the two tone look... and they will be easier to keep clean too.

Thanks for all the kind word.
I like that idea on the black mats.
