Excluding Turbos, GT3, GT3 RS and GT2, here is how the 911 base and "S" models fared. The S is holding up quite well considering the economy.

I thought the last of the Carrera GT's had been registered? If that's not true then I would understand why they would keep the CGT on the list, but if they all have been registered then what's the point of keeping it on there??

You really shouldn't be reading into this small sampling in order to make generalizations about the state of Porsche. Keep in mind that certain factors have influenced past numbers over current numbers,--the current economy being simply one. (The recent introduction of the 997TT cabriolet generated much higher than normal sales in Feb 08). Thanks for posting it,--but let's not jump to conclusions. For me, the bottom line is that Porsche is still very much a viable company and they will be here tomorrow to continue producing some very fine automobiles.
