i had a 2005 C2S and then a 2007TT. Just got rid of the TT, i loved the car but it was nowhere near as fun IMHO as the C2S as a daily driver. The weight and the 4 wheel drive were a real problem for me.

I am planning on ordering a 09 C2S as soon as the weather clears a bit and I can do test drive.

Uh, nope. The 997 engine shares its design with the bottom-of-the-line Boxster, and is a wet sump profit machine designed for efficient mass production -- while the Turbo engine shares its design with, let's see, just about every race-proven Porsche engine for the past 20 years.

Dan was not talking about pedigree - pedigree of the TT engine is taken for granted - he was talking about complication.

Is the current 997 TT engine more or less complicated than the 997.2 N/A engine?
