Default $152k Targa?

Can you believe this 07 Targa 4S? It was optioned out to $152,000! including X51 package. If link below doesn't work, it is listed (used) on Auto Trader, in Houston, now available for $112k.

Wow, now I see how Porsche comes up with the money to buy VW. I was puzzled how such a low volume manufacturer can buy a much higher one...

Crazy! Would be interesting to see how much the next reduction on price will be... perhaps 20K to 30K?

I noticed that too, after I saw the photo of the engine bay with the dual air intakes. Then I noticed the "power package" in the list of options. It is amazing how many used car "dealers" know nothing about the cars they are selling. I've also seen 997.1 cars advertised using the engine specs for the 997.2. They likely look it up on the Porsche site and don't know that the specs changed in 2009. The other biggy is saying "full leather" when it isn't.

I cannot think of a single sane reason that would justify that build. It's not too different from what I end up with when I'm bored and try to see how expensive I can make a car on the configurator.
