Hi Everyone

Sorry about the last minute communication but I am arranging a P-Car Ramble in the Boston Area for this coming Sunday (Nov 9th) at 2pm starting at the Prime Porsche Dealer at 420 Providence Highway, Westwood where Mike Lookner has kindly offered to let people take a test drive in the new 997 model with the PDK transmission which should be great.

From there we will take a drive for a while and end at a location to be confirmed for a coffee and a photographic opportunity.

If you could confirm whether you are able to attend I will be able to gauge numbers.

I'm going to Westwood for service tomorrow,...it's my first time there. My wife had her Cayenne serviced there a few months ago and was very pleased with the place.

What kind of test drive? Can I drive it like I drive mine? Clear the lot and set up some cones and I'm there.

I just picked up my '09 Carerra S with PDK last Wed. Gotta take it easy until I get 2k on the odometer, but I already can appreciate the added power and the incredible PDK!

Looks like we will have around 12 cars taking part. starting at the car dealer. I am just working out the route currently but we will be meeting at the car dealer at 2pm and whoever wants to take a run out in the new 997 is able to.

We should be done with the ramble around 4pm ending in a place where we can get a coffee, chat and take some photographs of the ensemble.
