Exactly - I felt like I was sitting ON the seats rather than in them until I adjusted the lumbar all the way in. I'm a wide guy (52 jacket, 38 waist), but I fit just fine in all the Porsche seats except the fixed-back Euro GT3/CGT seats.

Well, that sure started the opining masses to chime in...FYI, I'm 6'0" and 170. I know the difference between DE seat positions and everyday driving positions. I don't need to trade in the Porsche for a Benz, 'cause I already have one. I know the steering wheel adjusts. I know it's a sports car, and it has lumbar support.

But it's still driving me crazy. Time will tell.

I'm also very happy I checked the *** button (heh heh heh, he said "***"). The standard seats in my Boxster are comfortable enough, but the adaptives fit me like a glove. Definitely no regrets about ordering them even with the extra few pounds they add to the car.
