Default CEL, misfire after softronic flash upgrade

so i finally flashed my 2005 c2 with softronic flash. drove the car and did not see a huge difference in the throttle response, actually i think my throttle response was better in stock , but i do see a slight better pull in mid range and as you reach 6000 to 7000. this was missing in the stock , but after couple of spirited drives, and one morning after the car sitting in the garrage for a ~week , after i backed the car i got a CEL, looked up the durametrics code. (codes below for misfire)

could this be the flash or something else its ironic how this happened few days after the flash upgade.

since then it has done this again once, i cleared the codes, got a new tanks of gas and this morning i drove the car to work and no code and no CEL, although at the work parking lot I did noticed on the durametric software- actual values menu while the car is running, i get 1 mis fire here and there on random cylinders, but no CEL , is that normal. any help would be appreciated, its driving me nuts.
