Love the wheels.
(1) Go well with PCCB as the ceramics create a fraction of the dust the sotck brakes create. I hardly have to touch them, even during a trip.
(2) The Carrera Sport wheel is the widest wheel ever provided as an option for a 911/Carrera since it's development in 1964. (The rears are 11.5; fronts are 8.5--even wider than the forged wheels for the 997 turbo). If you need to know one thing about a 911,--the more rear rubber that you can put down, the better.
(3) Even if you grow to hate them (doubtful) the upcharge to option your 997 with them is modest, compared to their market value should you decide to switchover to a non-OEM wheel. Some wheels can't be given away, like the Sport Design (particularly hard with cleaning out brake dust) and the stock Carrera S (common as they were the usual fitment when dealerships got their launch vehicles).

Correct on all 3. BTW, I disagree with Edgy about Sport Designs not being able to be given away. I had people wanting to buy mine on my former cab even when I didn't have them for sale. They are highly regarded by many on this forum. I agree that they are trickier to clean, but so are many of the after market wheels.

Sorry here is my pic contribution too.
its the latest ones I have.
Wheel centers have been changed to factory, nice little project to match the color to the wheels, will make a new thread about it after my much anticipated vacation which starts tomorrow.
