Well, first it is not a daily driven car, but secondly, if you look closely at the picture, I have one of those door guard rubber/plastic strips that runs along the length of the front. You can see it clearly on the side because it does not go all the way to the back bumper. That takes most of the beatings when I do scrap and then I can cheaply replace that for $5 when it gets too worn.

This car does turn a lot of heads. I have owned five Porsches over the years (arctic silver, black, guards red, speed yellow), and this one certainly gets the most attention. That wasn't why I got this color. Ever since I saw the 993 blue jellybean commercial back in the early '90s, I wanted to own a car in this color. I felt like the turbo could pull it off, and I do believe it does.
