Default WTB: Carrera Sport Wheels

Anyone considering selling their Carrera Sport wheels?

Would be going on a 2005 Carrera S.

Default Sport wheels

Got mine from the e-bay guy mentioned with mounted PS2's. Perfect transaction, perfect wheels--btw, tho called"GT silver" in color, they are nearly a perfect match to my seal gray "S".

Can't seem to PM you (and you're probably not tracking this thread any longer), but curious as to which ebay seller this was. The ebay link no longer works and I've heard the Carrera Sport (replica) wheels were not manufactured correctly. Thanks

Deal with Wheel Enhancement and then you know you're getting the real thing. I was very fortunate to have my order delayed so much that I was able to switch to the Carrera Sports (XRR) as they were introduced with the 4s.

What people are finally discovering is that the Carrera Sports are 1/2 inch wider front and rear and with a 911 any width gains you can make with wheels is worth every penny! Still, to this day, the Carrera Sports are the widest OEM wheel ever provided on a 911/Carrera. (The GT3 goes one step beyond to 12 inch rims in back, while the 997TT rears are only 11 inches).

I find them quite reasonable to keep clean.
