Default Confused with 07 997 options

Help, I'm looking at purchasing a 997 and the options of the few cars I've seen either say Navigation or module for telephone PCM. The price for these two options are different but from the photos, they both seem to have the navigation. Is there a difference between the two options?

TIA
Bobby

All Carrera's have the PCM screen,
Nav is not included.
Nav is Option 670 $2070
Phone Module is Option 666 $960

Hope this helps

Also, bear in mind that the telephone option is not really very useful in the US (as compared to our friends overseas). The phone is a tri-band GSM phone, and it has the two european bands and just one of the two US bands. This means you may find that it has zero bars of coverage in places where a "normal" GSM phone works just fine. A second reason is that there are no US GSM carriers who will route the same phone number to multiple SIM cards. This means that the phone in your car will necessarily have a different phone number as your regular mobile phone. Most people find this to be a somewhat suboptimal situation.

I wouldn't let the absence or presence of the telephone module sway your decision -- and I wouldn't suggest spending any more money to get it.

No, you don't need the phone module to get the aftermarket bluetooth options to work. You just need to have the phone buttons on your PCM.
