Default Personalized Plates

I saw a nice 997 at Kaiser in Irvine today. Most likely belong to a doctor.
License Plate reads...ICU N OR

Pretty original, but maybe I am just getting old, but for some reason, it
just didn't sit well with me. I just don't see the humor with seeing anyone
at the OR.

I guess I am just venting...

Nope. I agree with 2na and think it's "I see you in the OR." I just think it's pretentious and narcissistic to have a vanity plate that tells the world what you do for a living.

As a guy who spends his days in the OR and occasionally the ICU, my interpretation is "ICU" and "OR" - possibly an anesthesiologist as that's basically what we do!

EDIT: I should add that I don't think it's a very good vanity plate!

Maybe he is from Oregon and really misses home: "I'll see you in Oregon"!

I would expect to see that more on a subie, but you never know!

I don't like vanity plates because I prefer to preserve my anonymity.

Yeah, there was an attorney back in the day who had "sue em" on his rolls-royce. Karma is a bitch since his ex-wife took him to the cleaners in the subsequent divorce proceedings lol.

My all time favorite, which I assumed was an attorney's car, was OBFSC8.

Agree it's not a great plate. An OB friend of mine at the hospital has IDELIVR on his BMW.

CME2SEE is on my eye doctor's Infiniti.
I actually thought it was pretty clever.
