Who is they? Your car is leased thru Porsche Financial or a bank, not the dealership. I have never heard of any lease return require to show proof of maintenance records. They do inspect the vehicle but its mostly visual stuff. Besides, Porsche recommends oil change every 15k or 20k. So you are way under. The only thing I can think of is a brake fluid flush given your low mileage which Porsche recommends every 2 year regardless of mileage. But I doubt they can tell the difference if you are going to return it in a year.
