Just ask for the paperwork, and do a good search here on DME so that you understand how to interpret it.

Any good dealer will provide it - it's not a big deal or too strange a request.

If they have a problem providing it, then you have your answer......

It's hard to see the tread pattern clearly in those pics. If they're worn on the outside edge then you could be fairly certain the car was at least AX'd heavily if not run at DE events. That would be the result of the limited neg. camber on these cars. Are the fronts also worn and in a similar pattern?

+1.
I am shopping around for a C2S and I have a bunch of requirements, the key of them being 0s in ranges 4 through 6 on the DME report. You get a lot of leverage if the dealer knows that you insist on that and the report turns out with higher (than 0) iginition counts in said ranges.

Actually there is quite a shortage of low mileage C4 and C4S in the north east, quite a shortage indeed

Interesting. You're looking for one as well, I assume?

Yup. The car in question in this thread is an 06 C4. Nice car on the outside, mostly. We'll see how it goes.

Sorry, I just realized that you made the initial thread. It's a busy Monday.
