You may have to register to view. The PDF is searchable, so you'll find those options codes and more.

I have looked at the pdf. on Renn Tech but I can not find all the codes and the worst, the car have these option that I can not find on the under hood sticker.

carbon multi-function steering wheel
Adaptiv sportsseats w/memory
Navigation
Bose sound system
Carbon Fibre e-Brake
Carbon Fibre Shifter
Stainless Steel Entry Panels
Sport Chrono Package Plus
Bose High End Sound Package

Has anyone else experienced that option that came with the car are not listed on the underhood sticker?

I checked all of my sources, web sites, PET, Order Guides abd here is what I came up with:

CO2 Equipped with catalytic converter
XCL Instrument Surround Alum. Look
XCN ???
XCY ???
XCZ Switch Travel Shortening (I don't write 'em, I just report 'em) Actually, it is the Short Shifter
XSC Porsche Crest in Headrest
XV1 Defroster Trim in Leather
026 * Activated charcoal cannister *(from 996 list, probably not correct)
267 Automatically dimmable interior and exterior mirrors
342 Seat Heating system, Left/Right Seats
377 * Combination seat, left, adjustable *(from 996 list, probably not correct)
378 * Combination seat, right, adjustable *(from 996 list, probably not correct)
407 Sprot Design wheels 19"
446 Concave Hub Cap
537 Seating Position control for comfort seat, Left (I am guessing lumbar)

Did you buy the car used? If so, the previous owner may have added the carbon bits.

I agree they don't make a lot oc sense. But like I said above, "I don't write 'em, I just report 'em." Most of the descriptions came from the 997 PET and/or the 997 Order Guide.

My favorite one is the Sport Shifter (XCZ Switch Travel Shortening). I guess Sport Shifter doesn't translate well from German to English!

Thank you evryone, its a one owner car before me and he might have added the carbon bits. I still find it strange that the sticker do not show the navi, adaptive seats etc because they are defenetly in the car!

Makes you wonder why the option code sticker isn't stuck to the inside of the hood like most of the cars I'm familiar with.

The carbon bits would seem to be added later as it's lacking the trim strip in carbon that is included - with shifter and E brake - as part of the carbon package, option code 803.

On the 997's I believe they stopped putting the sticker inside the hood - often times it's stuck in one of the manuals - owner's or maintenance - there's actually a designated area in one of the manuals for the sticker.

Go to your dealer, in a matter of minutes they can input the VIN in their PPN system and print out the as built invoice!
Easy, fast, costs nothing!
