That's how I feel about CF. Yet lots of Porsche buyers spend thousands to load up on the stuff.

Aesthetics can be so subjective!

Most importantly how well did the 911 run with those others on the track?

Yes - Sears Pt.
It was a lapping day through Jim Russell school. Very laid back mostly intermediates which I am.

CBnAT:
I never saw the 360 on the track. Only 12ish cars that day - nice and open.

I was consistently faster than the Lambo and BGT, but they're more beg/int. drivers and I'm more of a solid int. -- so couldn't really compare the cars.
Of course that was my first DE in my 997 and it was incredible. Really shows that my prior '95 993 (which I'm still trying to get my friend to sell back to me) truly is a different/older car...

I often wondered what happeded to all of the 4-spoke steering wheels from the '99 - '01 996's that everyone was swapping out with 3-spoke steering wheels. Now I know....... Bently bought them!

I've driven the coupe and convertible versions several times in the last year. Beautiful looking car, but to me it's a fast Lexus.... What I mean by that is that it's a fast luxury car. There is zero sport about it. You can't hear the engine at all, even with the top down. The steering is so power assisted, there is absolutely no road feel. If you like Lexus or Mercedes you would like the Bentley. If you like sports cars....no.
