the Zaino glass cleaner is good, but I've found Prima Clarity to be the best of all I've tried. Eagle 20/20 is good too, about the same as Stoner's Invisible Glass.
Windex is absolutely horrible as an automotive glass cleaner. It always leaves bad streaking.
If you don't have microfiber handly, use newspaper. The concours crowd swears by it and has been using it for many years. I tried it once and I was amazed.

Some newspapers have water based ink - you'll know in a hurry if yours does!
Soft scrub actually works great as an initial cleaner. I'm old fashioned and use soap and water in a spray bottle and a good squeegy.

I’m not sure I want to use glass cleaner that’s specifically formulated for my car’s flooring. Thanks though.

like the paint, glass can need prep, make sure that you clean the windows with a conventional method, like soap and water, and go over them with a plastic razor blade if they have goo or bird debris on them.
I also would get a waffle weave towel, not just an ordinary microfiber, I found the waffle towels to be better on glass, whereas the regular microfibers seem like they are smudgy and don't leave the surface perfect. Also be sure to work out of the direct sun, that is your enemy with glass or polish.

Since we are resurrecting this zombie, and for anyone who searches this later . . .
If you are cleaning your windshield follow the above recommendations for a good cleaner and using a microfiber cloth. After that, I've also found it's prudent to either thoroughly clean or replace your wiper blades if you're still having issues. No point in dragging wet dirt or pollen across clean glass.

I trust the necro poster has a great carpet cleaner!
My OCD window method inside and out
1 Stoners and waffle microfiber
(optional step 1b: clay bar, razor blade)
2 Magic Eraser with hot water, squeegee dry
3 IPO wash, squeegee dry. Alcohol will dry fast . . .
4 If needed a final buff with a dedicated glass waffle microfiber - but only when totally dry!
Great point on the wipers - new or clean with WD40
