I'm something of a Porsche-preacher in that I want to spread the magic ; so pretty much everyone, old, young, boy, girl, indeterminate, gets forced into my car and urged to give it a blast.
I guess in the my year of ownership, twenty-five different drivers have sat behind the wheel.
How about you?

My wife can drive it if she wants but she doesn't as she says it goes "too fast" and I agree it sort of like a thoroughbred that wants to run free! Other than that my best buddy has taken it around the block once but no one else has as of yet/

Not that I wouldn't let someone drive it, but I am not going to offer it up for free
None of my friends have asked. I think they are worried about damaging the car, so they never ask. They never asked to drive my M3 either. As the DD, I drive their cars all the time.

Thus far, other than being driven about 1 mile before I took delivery and the one time the 997's been in for service, I am the only person who has driven it. Were I married, I'd let my spouse take a drive, but generally no one else. But I have always been that way with every car I've ever owned, so I'm not being picky just because it's a Porsche.

Almost all my friends who know how to drive a stick have driven my car. As long as the person knows how to properly drive a stick, I will very happily offer them a test drive in my car. Afterall, it is only a car (did i actually say that?), and what good is it if your the only one having all the fun

At least 6 people so far. I'll let pretty much anyone drive it if I'm in the car with them or following in their car. Of course, I wouldn't let a complete stranger drive it but I've offered to fellow Rennlister's who were interested.

Other than myself, only my wife--due to the insurance policy limitations, spouse is the only other person allowed to drive it, so long as they are over 21...
Otherwise, a quick trip could be enough to convince some others to check out the dealer.
