I can't believe how dirty my engine has gotten in 3k miles. Is this just because the engine is in the back? How do you guys fight this? I've never cleaned my engine before. I don't know how comfortable i'd be spraying wate in there. What do you guys do?

i soak it in simple green...full strength, then spray off with pressure sprayer... then use 3M adhesive remover for all the left over grity spots -- toothbrush and paintbrushes to help.... spray again, then dry and coat with Griot's Garage engine detail spray...

I thought you meant clean the inside. For that, I use BG44k
