Default OT: new BlueAnt hands-free?

The SuperTooth was discussed here a few months ago - has anyone any experience with the SuperTooth "Light"?

Any idea what the difference is between a II and a light? Their website is mum on the subject.

Sorry no info! have had it for 3 months, cost $57, a special on Buy.com with google checkout!
Another lister recommended it and I love it! Light Looks like a cheaper, updated version!
If it works as well, It will be good!

Thanks for the web site. I also went to Buy.com but the Blue Ant wasn't listed. How good is the reception in a cab?

I just ordered the II from buy.com. Don't put a space between blue and ant...one word, no spaces.

Do either the II or the Light charge with a miniUSB charger. Hoping to have one less charger in the car.

Not that I am aware of!
Hold charge for many hours, remove and plug in at home or 12volt in car, if low.
Don't have to charge that often with moderate use!

I spoke with the Blueant people today. Here are the differences:

Supertooth II has 20 hours talk time vs 15 for the Supertooth Light
Light can pair with 5 different phones vs 2 for the II
Light can be activated/answered with less steps than the II

Not sure if anyone has mentioned it yet or not but check out the Aliph Jawbone. Its noise cancelation is superior to anything I've used (and I work with cell phones for a living, so I've tried quite a few!)

I love mine. No affiliation with the company or anything, just a satisfied customer

Jabra BT250. $35 or so on Amazon. Spectacular in the coupe with windows down, should work well in a Cab.

Hey, you're not supposed to be talking on the phone, you're supposed to be driving!!! <g>

Sorry if I seemed curt in my reply, I was hot for the Jawbone when it first came out and the past poster said no! His accessment!!!
So many answers and it comes down to what works best for you! I originally tried the motorola equivalent to the blue-ant and it was horrible!
My Cardo Scala headset, which I love, was no good in the car.
There is no definative answer for everyone!
I guess we just keep on truckin!
