Default The Clock and Daylight Savings Time

Is the clock going to roll back one hour on it's own?

I would say, no.
Since a few states don't move their clocks...and since the U.S. Government is changing the start-date and duration of Daylight Savings Time in 2007...even the smartest chip in the world couldn't keep up with all that.
Spring forward, fall back. DIY.

I should have known better, but seem to recall my PC making the change on it's own.

Anything that's hooked to the internet knows what time it is.
And probably a hell of a lot more than that, too.
My Macs will quietly adjust their own clocks tonight just like they did back in April.

My wife's Honda Odyssey changes its own clock via its NAV. Also changes time zones when we travel through them. All cars with NAV should do this.

the secret is in the RDS (Radio Data System) i think. just like u can get song list when u're listening to certain station. if u have that i think the clock will adjust itself.

Although I have NAV-GPS it would not change the time on its own. I had to go through the PCM to select daylight savings option. But,--with the GPS based nav system the clock couldn't be any more accurate!
