New sticker!!, NJ gives new cars 4 years before reinspection.
MA gets you coming and going, but, at least MA sales tax is only 5%, NJ now 7%!!

actually bought my car in FL so no issue with a front plate. I always worry when I cross the CA border about potential police interest. Now I can hit them with NRS 482.275.

As a side note, I was traveling on a twisting mountain road (Feather River Canyon, California) and he came around a corner (coming toward me). Within three seconds, he had his lights on (before he even passed me). It was literally less than 10 seconds before he had whipped a u-turn and was behind me. I have no radar detector and don't know if it would have helped or not in such a circumstance.

Any help on finding that mount would be appreciated.
I've seen a much better solution than the tow hook mount...local guy drives a highly modded 04 GT3...he went to kinkos and made several color plastic copies of his license plate....velcroed the plate onto the front end. You would never know its not the original metal plate. He said he had it up to 140mph on the track and it stayed attached.

I bit the bullet and had a regular front plate installed on my ride as I didn't want to deal with getting pulled over for a BS charge...would've had gone this smarter route if I had known about it.

I have a few front license plate mounts left.
The bolt is cast resin /machined aluminum and fits into the tow hook mount.
The heavy duty bracket is attached to it with a st.stl. machine screw.
Total cost is $27.50 ( shipped in US )
