Been surching posts most of the day and didn't find a part number.

Guess I'll take the picture to the collection down the street. There my closest Porsche dealer. There not to friendly when your not buying a new Ferrari - let alone trying to find a $10 part.

Call Suncoast and have them mail it to you. They're friendly even if you don't buy anything.

I would not disconnect any vacuum tubing.

You get the same result (PSE on all the time) by just unplugging
the 12 volt power connection to the solenoid valve ( the orange plug )

It takes just a few seconds , you don't have to buy anything and
no worries about possible leaking vacuum tubing which will give you a CEL or worse.

Rolf is correct, it's takes 2 seconds to disconnect the orange plug and you get a deeper sound than using the PSE on function.

Plus you're not fooling with the vacuum system.

All methods will work.

I had an 05 which the PSE was installed later. I didn't install the switch, so I just manually connect/disconnect the tubes to turn on and off. Worked fine. Now I have an 06 with PSE already came with the car. I either disconnect the swtich or tubes and plug the tubes. No problem at all.
So, do whatever you like.

Can anybody assist with which vacum hose and location the vacum valve is spliced into. It's the first pictures of this post #1 and #2. Is it the T connector going into the switch with the orange connector?? as in post #18

I bought the air check valve (p/n 96411095001) and hose piece (99923904040)

Thanks
Eric
