I've been using this bracket since I picked up the car in June. So far all is well.
The backet set up is solid and has not moved or twisted a bit. I used the pink locktite(?) to prevent the tow hook rod from unscrewing it slef from road vivrations.

I say just order one if you like it - it's only $85 and it's a well-made kit (I got one a while ago). Larry is a great guy and stands by his product. If you need to get an inspection or worry about the getting ticketed for a lack of front plate,...it's a bargain!
