The house values don't mean much if you don't take into account the area. My parent's house is worth 1.5, but they drive an I35 and a camry... Far cry from a 997. I'll add my input to this thread, give me a few years, less then a decade. (I'm 22, I have 8 years left... have to graduate, and get my MBA first)
