What do 997ies do for a living?
Let's try another little community-building thread. If you own or have ordered or are close to ordering a 997, let us know what you are doing for a living. My apologies if I have skipped an industry/profession.

Hole mover. I guess you could say I'm in transportation. My company moves holes around major metro areas for city and state government highway departments. If you occassionally get wheel damage it's because a hole accidentally fell off the back of one of our trucks -sorry!
I also have a second job making perfect replica miniature Stradivarii for virtuoso violin-playing mice.

Is that off your company's website/billboard, etc.? Or is that your own creation? In either case, it's brilliant!
As for me, you could say I'm in transportation too. Space transportation. And for the same company I currently work for, I used to design launch vehicles (i.e. rockets) and yes I was a rocket scientist back then. In fact, the word scientist is part of my official title, though I never use it and would be too embarrassed to mention it to anyone as it would come across as pretentious as hell.
Currently I'm in Space & Communications - satellites to be specific. Though I'm a little bored with that and looking to make a change. Any recruiters out there?
