you can compare what it will cost you to buy an 06, go to
www.porsche.com , build your car with the specs you listed. Other discussion forums report buyers getting discounts between 2% and 5%, I negotiated 2% off a new 911S

i just bought an 05997S Cpe that stickered at $93k.
It has 17k miles and is FLAWLESS (even on original tires with more than half the tread).
I paid $67k
