What is all this nonsense? 997 has a car for sale, it is 3% under invoice. Buy it if you want. If not, comments on his ask are not necessary.
And I don't see any issues with his original post as he is a paid rennlist member.

My car should be in by Thursday so it probably won't matter.

Options include:
Full Leather
Power Seat package
Heated front seats
Painted wheel crests

Bose high-end Sound package
Remote CD changer
Supple Leather front and rear
MSRP is $90,870.
I should have the car by the end of this week. My dealer says probably tomorrow but he is off today.

The dealer I purchased the car from won't give 6% today. I know because I have sent friends. If you can get a 3% discount and drive the car home the same day go for it.
I can tell you right now I will be the only one to buy this car for a 6% discount.

I've had a few people offer to teach me the principals of a free-market econonmy but no interest in the car yet. As I have said, I am in a no lose situation. If someone buys it I use the money towards the carI will keep in the screen.

I think everyone needs to relax. I could understand people getting upset is he was selling the car for $10k over MSRP, he is in fact selling it for a discount. So what if he wants to make a 3% profit on the deal? Isnt he entitled to that? After all he is still passing on some savings to the buyer. My .02
