Default Question----> Can the "S" Brakes be installed on Non-"S" 997?

Friend was asking so thought I'd ask the wrenches on the Forum.
Can the larger "S" brakes be installed on the non-"S" 997?

Not for a 997.1, you need the S hub carriers for the front.

The 997.2 can accept the S calipers.

997.2 can for sure as I did it. Only requirement was different caliper bolts iirc and appropriate rotors. Just can’t remember if the donor was a 997.1 or a 996 variant
